Notable: A perennial Hoffman Cup powerhouse, ECCC is always right around the top of the Hoffman Cup competitions.  It is among the founding NJSGA clubs, with an impressive history matched by its exceptional, recently rennovated course.

ECCC is the only two-time host (2009 and 2011) of  the Hoffman Cup Finals. ECCC is going to host the 2026 Met Open. In its long history, ECCC's generous policy of support to state and regional golf has included the:

• NJSGA Amateur in 1900, 1910, 1915, 1922, 1923, 1935, 1944, 1953, 1962, 1982, and 2000
• MGA Open in 1946
• NJSGA Open in 1951, 1954, 1957, 1976, 1987, 2014.
