Notable: With one of the best records in the Hoffman Cup, Knickerbocker can be counted on to challenge any club. Kudos to former captain Phil Fabrizio, who has led KCC's Hoffman Cup team for16 years. His skill pulling together a strong team year after year has been a pleasure to behold and a blueprint for new captain Shortall. Knickerbocker hosted the 2014 Hoffman Cup Finals, just before the NJSGA Amateur Championship, won by HCM contestant Mike Stamberger. Knickerbocker also hosted the very first NJSGA Open in 1921 and the 100th in 2020.
